This page describes the procedure for cancelling a service and obtaining a refund for services and digital products purchased on the larionov.tech website.
The information is intended for clients who have paid for or plan to pay for development, customization, setup, technical support, project audits for CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor, as well as digital products and modules for CS-Cart.
The client may cancel a service before it begins. To do so, the client must send a request to the contact email указан on the page Contacts.
If the service has not yet started, work on the task has not been performed, access to the digital product has not been provided, and the module has not been delivered to the client, the client may request a refund.
If the service has already started, the client may also send a request to cancel further work.
In this case, the request is reviewed taking into account the actual scope of work completed, the agreed task terms, any delivered results, provided materials, and the services already rendered.
The possibility of a refund and the refund amount are determined individually after the request has been reviewed.
For digital products and modules, a refund is possible if access to the product has not been provided, the file has not been delivered, the license has not been activated, and installation or setup has not started.
If the digital product has already been delivered to the client, the license has been activated, or installation and setup work has already started, the refund request will be reviewed individually.

If the refund is approved, the funds are returned within up to 10 business days after the refund decision is made.
The actual time for the funds to be credited may depend on the client’s bank or the payment system.
