How it works
Support covers technical issues, but does not replace development
This is regular technical presence near the store. It helps resolve small issues quickly, but large changes, integrations, and custom development are estimated separately.
A small technical task
This is a task that can be solved in one short pass: check the issue, open the admin panel, settings, template, or code, make the fix, and verify the result.
- Adjust the display of a button, block, spacing, or text.
- Hide or show an existing element.
- Fix a simple error in CSS, Smarty, or PHP.
- Configure an existing module or parameter.
- Check why an existing feature does not work.
Store check
Regular checks cover technical issues, broken links, errors in important URLs, image problems, basic SEO settings, and technical risks.
The result is a clear report: what was found, how important it is, and what to do next.
Calls and consultations
Calls are for questions that are faster to solve by voice. In plans with regular calls, a meeting lasts up to 30 minutes.
Additional calls and larger consultations are agreed separately.
CS-Cart updates
Updates are performed after risk assessment. Before updating, the compatibility of the CS-Cart version, modules, and key store areas is checked.
If the update requires custom code adaptation, module rework, or full testing, that work is estimated separately.
Server and performance
Google PageSpeed, cache, images, lazy load, WebP, heavy blocks, and basic CS-Cart settings are reviewed. Simple fixes are handled within the selected plan.
Deep code optimization, database work, server migration, and emergency recovery are separate tasks.
Informational guidance
If there are changes in CS-Cart, e-commerce, search, SEO, AI tools, or technical requirements that may affect the store, you receive a clear informational reference point.
This does not replace legal, accounting, or specialized SEO advice.
