Price list export
Customers select categories and download a price list in CSV or XLSX format. The export includes products from the selected categories and their subcategories.
The add-on simplifies bulk purchasing in CS-Cart. Customers can upload a CSV or XLSX file, paste a list in the “SKU;vendor;quantity” format, or add products using search. Specifying the vendor helps customers select the right offer when multiple vendors use the same SKU.
Customers can download a price list for selected categories, fill in their order quantities, and upload it back. If the requested quantity is unavailable, the add-on reduces it to the maximum available amount, displays a notification, and highlights adjusted items in red at the top of the list. Customers then review their selection, add the products to the cart, and complete checkout.

The add-on accepts CSV and XLSX files or lines in the “SKU;vendor;quantity” format. A file and pasted text can be used together. Files can contain up to 10,000 rows and be up to 5 MB.
The vendor name helps identify the right offer when several vendors use the same SKU. Customers can also find products manually by name or SKU.
Identical offers are combined. Importing again adds quantities to the current list; customers can use “Clear all” to start a new list.
If the requested quantity is unavailable, the add-on reduces it to the maximum available amount, displays a notification, and moves adjusted items to the top of the list with red highlighting.
Customers can change quantities, remove items, and check the estimated total. The “Create order” button adds items with a positive quantity to the cart; checkout is completed from the cart.
Check the SKU and vendor name. Found items are added to the list; the add-on shows a warning for items it cannot find.
Check the “Order Quantity” column. “Quantity” is the stock figure for reference. A red row means the requested amount was reduced to available stock.
Save the file as CSV or XLSX. Check the 5 MB size limit, 10,000-row limit, and first XLSX sheet. Replace formulas in the first three columns with values.
A repeat import adds quantities to the current list. Select “Clear all” before uploading a replacement list.
Select at least one item with a quantity greater than zero. After clicking “Create order”, check the cart and complete checkout.
