Search can cover products, SKUs, categories, attributes, sellers, and pages. Shoppers can use a name, code, brand, attribute, or seller to find relevant results in a large catalog.

The add-on suggests nearby results for incomplete or mistyped queries. Administrators can review searches with no results and improve keywords, synonyms, or product names.

Built-in analytics records queries, clicks, add-to-cart actions, and purchases after search. These signals help refine product names, synonyms, and searchable fields.

System requirements

The add-on requires Meilisearch. Its SSH installation command checks the server, starts Meilisearch locally in Docker, connects it to CS-Cart, and begins the initial indexing.

Server requirements:

• SSH access to the store server.
• Permission to run the command as root or via sudo.
• A Linux server with curl and openssl.
