Multiple companies
A customer can belong to and administer several companies. Membership and permissions are managed separately for each company.
Group customers into companies, invite employees, and assign permissions for orders and company details.
The add-on brings customer companies and employee management to CS-Cart. A customer can belong to several companies and switch between company and personal purchases.
A company administrator invites colleagues by email and assigns their permissions. Each company order stores its company, author, and a snapshot of the company details. Later changes to company details do not rewrite earlier orders.
The add-on works independently. Customer Account provides a shared account layout when enabled, while the configured DaData add-on supplies optional Russian tax ID suggestions. Without these extensions, standard CS-Cart page layouts and manual company entry remain available.

Store company names, Russian tax IDs, registration codes, registered and actual addresses, contacts, and bank details separately from an employee's personal profile.
Email invitations are valid for 72 hours and can be accepted once after signing in with the invited address. Administrators can revoke invitations.
Assign separate permissions for cart changes, order placement and payment, messages, company details, and employee management.
Select a company or personal context in the profile menu. The customer's personal cart is preserved; employee carts are not shared.
Orders retain the company, author, and a snapshot of company details. Administrators see company orders, while employees see their own orders within that company.
The last active administrator cannot be removed or demoted until another administrator is appointed. Corporate access ends when membership is revoked.
A separately enabled and configured DaData add-on can fill company details from Russian tax ID suggestions. Manual entry remains available without DaData.
No. Companies & Employees works independently. When Customer Account is enabled, company and employee pages use its shared account layout.
Yes. Company details can be entered manually. Suggestions require a separate enabled and configured DaData add-on.
A company administrator sends an email invitation. The recipient signs in with that address and accepts it. A matching tax ID alone does not grant access.
Carts remain personal. Messaging requires the standard Message Center add-on and the employee's messaging permission. A shared corporate inbox is not provided.
Back up the store before updating. Theme and payment method compatibility should be checked for your installation; compatibility with arbitrary payment extensions is not claimed.
