Customers enquire about the selected product through a price request form.

Price Request lets a customer enquire about a specific product and provide a name, phone number, or email for a reply. Instead of an immediate purchase, the store receives a request to agree pricing and supply terms.
The manager discusses the terms with the customer outside the store, records them in the request, and approves it. Approval enables the standard order form, where the manager can set the price, quantity, options, shipping, and payment.
RFQ-only mode can be enabled for the whole store, a vendor, a category, or a product. The add-on requires the installed and active standard Call Requests add-on.
Use it independently or as part of the B2B Add-on Bundle for CS-Cart.
Contact details for replies
Requests store the customer’s name and phone number or email.
Purchase after agreement
RFQ-only mode can be enabled for the store, vendor, category, or product. For these products, a request replaces the regular purchase flow.
Request moderation
Managers use New, Approved, and Declined statuses. Staff access is controlled by a dedicated privilege.
Agreed terms
Price, quantity, delivery times, and other terms discussed outside the store are recorded in the request. There is no internal conversation.
Orders from approved requests
The standard order form receives the product and customer contacts. The manager sets the price, quantity, options, shipping, and payment; each request is linked to one order.
What does the $70 price include?
The Price Request add-on and documentation. Installation, configuration, theme adaptation, and the CS-Cart license are charged separately.
What is required?
The installed and active standard Call Requests add-on. Staff need the appropriate RFQ management privilege.
Can customers discuss terms in an on-site conversation?

How is an order created?
The manager saves the terms and approval, opens the standard order form, sets the price, quantity, shipping, and payment, and saves the order.

Does installation require a compatibility check?
The CS-Cart version, theme, and other add-ons should be checked on a copy of the store. Installation and adaptations are agreed separately.
